This Privacy Notice explains what information may be collected when you use Pleasants County Inmate Population, how that information may be used, and when it may be shared. By using this site, you accept these practices. Public-record access to government files is handled under West Virginia FOIA, including W. Va. Code §29B-1-3 and the exemptions in §29B-1-4, but this notice covers data handled through this private website.

When you type a name, county, or other search detail into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Pleasants County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
